Cavalier Enterprises is a limited liability company, which was started in July of 2007 by Steven R. Tittle.

Steve is the president and CEO and gained his experience building homes in the Dallas, Texas area between April 1998 and January 2006.  Foreseeing a decline in the new home building industry, he decided to start an investment company focused on rental properties and home flipping.  Cavalier was born from that company when Steve recognized the need for quality renovations at a fair price, while still maintaining a high standard.

Steve lives in McKinney and has been married to his wife, Laura, since April of 1986.  They have two daughters.
